Welcome to Kenny & Gita Tailor. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and tailoring services.
Consultations and Bookings
All initial consultations are complimentary. While walk-ins are welcome, we strongly recommend booking an appointment to ensure dedicated time with our master tailors. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments based on availability.
Bespoke Orders and Alterations
Bespoke tailoring requires multiple fittings to achieve the perfect result. It is the client's responsibility to attend scheduled fittings. Final delivery dates are estimates and may adjust based on fabric availability and required alterations during the fitting process.
Payment Terms
A deposit is typically required before the commencement of any bespoke work or major alterations. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting and collection of the garments. We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers.
Refunds and Returns
Because bespoke garments are crafted to your specific measurements and fabric choices, they cannot be returned or refunded once construction has begun. We are committed to working with you through the fitting process to ensure you are entirely satisfied with the final fit and finish.
Garment Care
We provide guidance on how to care for your tailored garments. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, improper dry cleaning, or normal wear and tear over time.
