We are here to assist you. Our style advisors take the time to answer your queries and educate you on the latest fashion trends. Do you like modern or classic? Have your way with it. We can also advise on the finer points, such as the number of buttons to use and pocket size.
When you visit our store, we will simply ask about your lifestyle, career, and current clothing so that we may better understand your needs. Only then will we be able to guide you toward acquiring what you truly require and avoiding purchasing items that will not match the remainder of your outfit or the occasion.
European textiles are regarded as the pinnacle of materials in the tailoring business, yet just a few tailor shops in Thailand sell more than a few brand names (mainly due to its high price).
Aside from our basic assortment, you may choose from a wide range of high-quality premium pure-wool European fabrics, such Vitale Barberis Canonico, Loro Piana, and Guabello. These positively transfer into garment lifespan as well as day-to-day attributes like as breathability and durability, and are certain to look great on you.
We encourage making an appointment before visiting our business since
booked customers are given preference over walk-ins. It enables us to ensure
our availability and attention while still providing our trademark showroom experience.
Unless you are certain of what you want, your first appointment will normally begin with a style consultation. We will discuss your style preferences, the occasion for which you will be dressed, your lifestyle, job, other clothing in your closet, and other topics. All of this information will help us better understand your needs and provide accurate and current style suggestions. Following that, we will take measurements and skillfully guide you through the two most essential parts of the bespoke process: picking from our extensive fabric range and customizing every element of your clothing. Your information and choices will be securely kept in our database for future reordering. We will also take a deposit for your order at this time.
You will be able to try on an unfinished draft of all of your clothing two working days following the initial meeting. The initial fitting allows us to get a feel for the garment (which is lightly stitched together), ensure that the fit is accurate, and remove any possible difficulties early on. Your second fitting will be ready in three business days.
For simpler clothing, such as shirts and trousers, the second fitting is generally the final one, but other items, such as suit/tuxedo jackets, blazers, and overcoats, may require an extra fitting. In the case of a third fitting, you still have the opportunity to fine-tune elements and shift direction gradually. Following final adjustments, your finished clothes are inspected by our team one more time before being given over to you together with the balance of your bill.
After their initial personalized experience at Kenny & Gita Tailor, many of our customers return for more clothes. If you want to repeat your order or acquire a whole different outfit, you can come into our shop or reorder online. You don’t have to worry about getting the proper fit because we already have your measurements and preferences on file.
We’d love to hear from you. Contact us for more information or to schedule a trunk show.
